"Madeleine Maiorano is an experienced negotiator who has provided a full-service, personalized approach to buying, selling, and leasing Real Estate in the GTHA for the past 10 years. She holds a BFA Degree from Concordia University in Montreal and later completed a Master's Degree in Art Restoration in Rome. While there, she managed a small art restoration business before returning to Canada. In Toronto, Madeleine spent 13 years at the prestigious Blakes Law Firm and later with a boutique IP Law Firm, negotiating lawyers' fees with large multinational corporations. Seeking to establish more personal relationships with individuals rather than corporations, and recognizing the potential to leverage her corporate experience to assist clients in achieving their Real Estate goals, she decided to obtain her Real Estate licence.
Drawing on her background in the Visual Arts, she has established a home studio for painting, welding, and furniture making in partnership with her husband. Madeleine is known for creating custom pieces to enhance the staging effect for specific listings, all aimed at maximising returns for her clients.
