First impressions do make a difference, and it’s important to note that not all properties require the same treatment. Staging and Styling always start with analyzing who the ideal buyer is and choosing pieces that will speak to them while also working with the style and age of the property because I don’t believe in a size (and style) fits-all approach. If the property is empty we will bring in whatever pieces are needed to showcase the property’s potential, but when the home is lived in we do our best to work with current furniture so that you don’t have to empty out your whole place. This is where Feng Shui is most beneficial!. It is amazing how putting these ancient principles to use can totally improve the flow and feel of a property and help you sell for the best price possible.

For many years in GTA Sellers and agents were spoiled with multiple offers and easy sales. But I believe that a successful sale is unattainable even in an unfavourable market. It simply requires more experience, a creative approach to negotiating, hard work and a real passion to get the best deal for your clients.
